   This device has to be molded to the shape of your teeth but for the price it does reduce the snoring by keeping your airways open. It is easy to use if you follow directions and definitely helpful.

   This item is expensive compared to other anti snoring mouthguards and frankly it's a bit complicated to assemble and fit. However: If you take the time to read and follow the instructions the end result is a product that works. I even use it when I sleep alone bc I notice that I sleep more fitfully when I use it. Takes a couple days to get used to it but after that it's totally fine. I even bought a spare in case I lose the other one or it wears out. Only have had it a month but I can tell it may loose it's efffectiveness over time. Expensive like I said but so worth it.

   It definitely helps, I've noticed I'm not waking up as much and have more energy especially right when waking up. You will dream your eating something and wake up chewing it though lol, that the only bad thing I have to say about it.

   I have struggled with snoring for years. I've had two sleep studies and it is conclusive that I do not have sleep apena, I just snore sometimes. After converting the game room upstairs to a bedroom for when I snore I ordered the SnoreLax as one last ditch effort. I have not snored once in 15 days. It takes a little getting use to. The first night I wore it from 10 pm until I woke up at 3 am and took it out. My jaw was killing me. The second night I wore it from 10 pm until 5 am. Taking it out due to some jaw pain again. By the third night my jaw was use to it and I slept through the night with it in. My advice is to stick with it. You will get use to it and within a few days you wont be able to sleep without it. If you order straight from SnoreLax you can return it. If you order from you can't. Hope this helps.

   Even though I don't believe I snored, :) my wife insisted it is true. I had tried nasal strips before with no results, and it was to the point that I was looking at either CPAP or sleeping in the guest room. I came across this video describing the source of snoring actually being the soft palate of the throat and claiming that this mouth guard would correct it. So, I decided to give it a try.Its not cheap, but came with a money back guarantee, so why not try it. The really good news, is that it works. My wife has been sleeping without ear plugs for the first time in a long time. It took me some time to get used to it though, but I'm getting better.

   This mandibular advancement device arrived quickly and Chris, the owner/developer of the product answered all my questions personally and was super helpful and responsive! It molds to your bite/teeth easily and quickly. Some customers are saying it is expensive. I pay $900-1200 for the M.A.D.'s I get from a sleep dentist, so in comparison this is a great value. I do think this device is better suited for individuals with a normal to large size jaw/mouth bc of the height of the product. It may be a bit bulky for a woman with a smaller mouth but perfect for a man.

   Years ago, I was a patient for R&D of U of Calgary , Alberta. I've been thru just about every form of snoring appliances you can imagine. Now I found this product which is very similar to the one developed years ago, ( that I lost in my travels, never to be replaced), and Wow, now I can finally sleep right thru the night. It does everything it's supposed to do. I can't say enough, but for you folks suffering from snoring and lack of sleep, this is more than worth the try. I highly recommend the product. Bonus is that it is affordable.

   I normally never write a review however this product worked for me!!! The fit is ok, something that needs to get use to. I imagine for more expensive options , you could find a similar product with formed fitting. Causes some teeth sensitivity the first week. But both my wife and I are happy with results after a week

   I like how easily it is to adjust this guard and the molding took no time at all and worked on the first try. Only downside is that mouthguard is a little oversized and keeps my mouth open at night. It then causes me to drool a lot and the opening in the guard to allow breathing closes up because of the drool. Kinda gross and wakes me up to clean the opening so I can breathe again fully. Besides that it really helps stop my snoring and I sleep more deeply now than I had before.

   I have tried other anti-snoring solutions and this mouth guard is a good option also. It’s very easy to customize to my mouth and it’s not bulky or uncomfortable at all. My snoring has almost completely stopped and I wake up feeling more refreshed. Definitely worth the price.

   This anti snoring oral protector can be put directly into the mouth to gently stretch the chin and tongue forward to help open the airway and reduce my husband's snoring. After using this protector, my husband's snoring has been significantly reduced, which not only improves his sleep quality, but also allows me to rest better.

   The first couple of nights were unfamiliar territory - much like wearing a retainer. After a few nights I now feel comfortable with the mouthpiece and I'm getting better rest. I have a smart watch that tracks sleep apnea and for the last few nights, I no longer show signs of sleep apnea. This was a very inexpensive option to better my health.

   I’ve got this for my husband and he has been using this anti-snoring mouth guard for a while now, and it works pretty well. It’s simple to set up, and the fit is comfortable once you get used to it. I can tell my husband’s snoring has decreased a lot, which is great. The case it comes with is handy for keeping it clean. The material feels durable, but you do need to rinse it daily to keep it fresh. It’s not perfect, but good to try. Just give yourself a few nights to adjust to wearing it.

   I have always struggled with snoring very loudly. My mother used to joke our home at night was an orchestra of individuals with snoring/sleep apnea. It has been hard in relationships and rather embarrassing. I didn't expect this to work because nothing else has but it COMPLETELY stops the snoring. I would have given it 5 stars but it hurts my jaw and bottom teeth a little. I also find sometimes a spit it out when I'm sleeping. I'm just amazed it actually worked.

   These were a great fit for me. I've used it and had less snoring. The mouth guards take a bit of getting used to but are effective and get more natural as time goes on. I like that this comes with two so that I always have a spare or so I can give it to someone else in the family.

   This is my second time purchasing this anti snoring mouthpiece for my husband, he had the first one for about 4 months and it's almost worn out, so, I bought another one for him. It takes about 1 week or so for him to get accustomed to it, both of us can finally sleep better without the annoying sound of snoring!

   Wow! I was so surprised that this worked so quickly. Yea, it’s a little weird at first trying to sleep with the device in your mouth, but it didn’t take long to get used to it. After my first week using it, I feel more rested and have had way less complaints about my snoring. It seems like it’s getting better every night. Can’t wait to see how much more it lessens my snoring. This was a great purchase.
